VILLA GROVE -- A crock pot chicken and stuffing recipe that's both tasty and nourishing.

'K'rockpot Chicken and Stuffing
4 - 5 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
4 - 5 slices Swiss cheese
1 can (10 1/2 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 can (10 1/2 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup milk
2 boxes chicken stove top stuffing
1/2 cup melted butter
1 (18 oz) bag of frozen whole green beans, thawed
salt & pepper to taste
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper; place chicken breasts in crock pot. Pour broth over chicken breasts. Put one slice of Swiss cheese on each breast. Combine both cans of soup and milk. Cover chicken with soup mixture. Sprinkle both boxes of stuffing over all. Drizzle melted butter on top. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
Then, put thawed green beans across the top of dressing. Cover and continue to cook for 2 - 3 hours.
