Champaign, Ill. - In a few days runners from all over the world will step off for the Illinois Marathon.
It's happening in your community sponsored by Christie Clinic, and Jason Hirsbrunner, Christie Clinic COO has all the details!
Christie Clinic has provided quality health care to residents of East Central Illinois for nearly nine decades
We love to see people being active and helping to improve the health of our community!
Since its inception, the Christie Clinic Illinois Marathon has entertained 143,000 active participants and 24,000 volunteers. This year, we have about 2,500 volunteers.
• In fact, more than 200 of Christie Clinic team members have volunteered.
The Christie Clinic Illinois Marathon has also raised close to a million dollars for charity and added more than 70 million dollars to the local economy
Jason will be at the start line on Saturday morning. It will be Jason’s voice that runners hear start their race.
Starts off with Health & Fitness Expo on Thursday and Friday at the ARC
-If you aren’t running, great opportunity to come down and find some great resources, health products and pick up some health information at the Christie Clinic booth.
-Biaggi’s Pasta Feed on Friday Night at the ARC (4-7 p.m.)
-5K starts at 7:30 pm on Friday

Post Race party and food until 2 p.m.
Youth Run at 3 p.m.
