We're talking today about slowing down, enjoying your food, and thinking about what you are eating in the moment (i.e. you can sit at a restaurant and they bring you chips and salsa, and before you know it, you've eaten them all...that's a lot of calories, did you even taste it? Did you even enjoy it or pay attention?)
How to eat mindfully...slow down, don't multitask, sit at a table (not in car or standing at the counter), ENJOY your food. It's okay to have a piece of cake, but if you're going to have one, enjoy it...don't rush or inhale it.
