They will have activities planned in front of Sew Sassy in Lincoln Square Village from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM this Saturday, March 15th.
Participants can make a heart-themed picture and learn to embroider.

Sewing machine stitching demonstrations. Children of ages 5 and up should be accompanied by an adult. They hope to inspire a new generation to use needles and thread.
Several Project LINUS quilts will be displayed to promote our year-round efforts to share quilts for children in Central Illinois who experience a crisis. Currently, they are making bug-themed quilts that will be shared during Project LINUS's summer camp program. Volunteers are always welcomed on the first Thursday at Sew Sassy every month from 5:00 to 8:00 PM to assist with Project LINUS quilt making. Supplies and sewing machines are provided.
