Caribbean Grill Jerk Chicken with Pineapple Mango Salsa
serves 4

4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 Tablespoon Caribbean Grill Signature Jerk Seasoning
2 Tablespoons Caribbean Grill Signature Jerk Sauce & Marinade
2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil

1. In a mixing bowl, sprinkle chicken breasts with CG Signature Jerk Seasoning
2. Add CG Signature Jerk Sauce & Marinade and combine
3. For fuller flavor, allow to sit at least 1 hour, or over night
4. Place skillet over medium-high heat
5. Add coconut oil
6. Carefully arrange chicken breasts in skillet, taking care not to over crowd
7. Allow to cook 4-5 minutes, without disturbing chicken
8. Flip chicken, and allow to cook an additional 3-4 minutes
9. Allow chicken to stand 1-2 minutes before serving
10. Top with Pineapple Mango Salsa and enjoy!

For Pineapple Mango Salsa:

1/2 Cup Diced Ripe Mango
2 Tablespoons Diced Onion
2 Tablespoons Diced Red Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Chopped Fresh Cilantro
1/4 Cup Pineapple Juice
2 Tablespoons Fresh Lime Juice

1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl
2. Serve chilled
