Matzner Clinic invites reowned Chef Daniel Verati for a special cooking show at the Hilton Garden Inn-Conference Center in Champaign.  Chef Verati shares his Flank Steak recipe.

Flank Steak with Shiitake and Bell Pepper
6 to 8oz flank steak, finely sliced
1 cup Shiitake, finely sliced
1 cup bell pepper, small diced
2 TBSP garlic, sliced
2 TBSP chives, chopped
2 TBSP fresh ginger sliced
Olive oil
Sea Salt
Pepper to taste
