Simple Gourmet - Reuben Casserole

Reuben Casserole

1 large can sauerkraut rinsed and drained
1 -1/2 pounds deli corned beef sliced thick and cut in small pieces
16 ounces Swiss cheese cut in small pieces
1 bottle thousand island dressing
8 slices rye bread cut in squares mixed with melted 1/4 cup butter

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Spray 10 x 13 Pyrex dish.
Layer all above as listed.
Bake uncovered for 1 hour.
