A Taste of Hamilton Walker's Restaurant Week Menu

CHAMPAIGN, ILL. - Hamilton Walker's Executive Chef Zach Schweig and General Manager Nathan Escue cooked up a couple of courses from their Restaurant Week menu.

For the first course, Chef Schweig made two 3oz. tenderloin medallions with sautéed green beans. Schweig also brought a piece of the restaurant's triple chocolate cake with Belgian chocolate sauce.

Hamilton Walker's is featuring a three course meal throughout Restaurant Week. Other options include soup or salad, and grilled Atlantic salmon. The eatery will also hosts special wine dinners once a month.

Restaurant Week is happening now and runs to Saturday, February 3rd.
