MATTOON, ILL - From round the clock buffets to late-night pizza, losing weight during college can be an uphill battle. However, one Central Illinois man managed to lose more than 120 pounds during his time in school.
Colton Anderson made a commitment to get fit after battling his weight for much of his life. Through diet changes and increased exercise, he was able to change his lifestyle. Now, he has begun a blog to help inspire others to follow in his footsteps.
