EFFINGHAM -- The book "Talk Like TED" shares the secrets to giving a riveting presentation and inspiring people with your ideas. But before you give your big TED Talk, why not share your idea at home? Your library can help you- in more ways than one!
The Effingham Public Library has partnered with the Effingham County Chamber of Commerce to sponsor a series of talks powered by you: local residents with innovative ideas that could be the next big thing.
"Who knows what's out there?" asked Effingham Public Library Director Amanda McKay. "People always have great ideas- and libraries are places of innovation. We want to help!"
For information about sharing your innovative idea, visit the library's web site at www.effinghamlibrary.org or contact the Chamber of Commerce at http://www.effinghamcountychamber.com
