ILLINOIS -- Lawmakers are moving forward to create an exclusion list of people for the Illinois Gaming Board. It would be for people they think shouldn't be involved in video gambling.

The legislation says the Gaming Board would be allowed to put someone on that list if the board or a court finds their conduct unsuitable. For example, people with a criminal history or an association with organized crime could be excluded. So far, the bill has passed a Senate committee.
