Police say suspects shopped with stolen credit cards

CHAMPAIGN -- Authorities are investigating a case of theft, fraud and deceptive practices. A victim reported a credit card company called about potentially fraudulent charges to the account. The victim realized a wallet containing credit cards was missing.

Two credit cards were used, Saturday, November 16, at Target, in Champaign, to purchase nearly $11,000 in gift and phone cards. Store surveillance cameras show two of three subjects. Two suspects are black men, a third is a black woman. All three were seen meeting after leaving the store.

The woman drove a silver Nissan Maxima, mid-2000's to early 2010's model. The men drove a full-size, white Dodge pickup truck, late 1990's to early 2000's model.
