CHAMPAIGN -- Police are investigating the theft of a wallet which led to fraudulent purchases on the victim's credit card. Police say the suspect allegedly stole the victim's wallet while at Panera Bread.

A credit card in the wallet and the victim's ID were later used to purchase two Mac Book Pro's, worth about $6,000, at Best Buy. Stolen credit cards are often used shortly after they're taken.

Police believe the suspect is in her mid-50's. She was wearing sunglasses, a floppy hat and tan clothing.
