Republicans worry about taxes ahead of budget adderss

ILLINOIS-- Republicans are bracing for more taxes when Governor Quinn lays out his budget plan for Illinois tomorrow. 
The Governor's position on new and expiring taxes will be scrutinized heavily as voters decide whether Quinn will stay in office come November.

State Senator Dale Righter is a Republican who represents the 55th district.
He sat down with The Morning Show's Cynthia Bruno to talk about what the GOP is looking to hear from Governor Quinn.
