Call to make winners anonymous

ILLINOIS -- It's everyone's dream is to win the lottery, but many winners say their windfall made them a target. That's why there's a push to keep winners' identities private.

In Illinois, the lottery is required to release the names of winners. That rule was put into place decades ago to reduce fraud. But, critics say it opens the door for scammers and other criminals to prey on winners.
