Catholics stop support of immigration group

SPRINGFIELD -- A group fighting for immigration reform in Illinois could lose one of its main supporters. The Catholic Church has threatened to cut off funding to the Illinois Coalition for Immigration and Refugee Rights because the group supports same-sex marriage. If funding it cut off, the coalition will lose up to $30,000 in grants next year.
