Fewer kids may get on board

ILLINOIS -- Fewer kids might be riding the bus to school. A proposal would require schools to provide free transportation to students who live two or more miles from school. It's currently 1.5 miles. Buses would still pick up students within the two-mile radius if the route was too dangerous.
