Governor signs on pension bill's dotted line

CHICAGO -- Governor Quinn signed the Pension Reform Bill into law in a private ceremony this afternoon. The governor is happy about it for more than one reason. Now, he'll get about $74,000 in back-pay after he refused to take his pay until a pension deal was approved.
