CHICAGO -- Governor Quinn is being sued for hiring people based on their political connections instead of their merit. Tuesday, a hearing on the matter was held in Chicago.

Quinn's attorney acknowledged the ongoing investigation during the proceeding, but his responses were vague. He says his client has until June 6 to respond and he'll do so then.
