Gubernatorial challenger calls on Quinn to resolve shortfall

SPRINGFIELD -- Governor Quinn is being called on to resolve the state's pension crisis. Former White House Chief of Staff Bill Daley told reporters Monday, Quinn needs to get more aggressive in solving the shortfall. Right now, the state is short about $100 billion. Daley is running for governor in the democratic primary against Quinn.
