SPRINGFIELD -- A bill to give ADM tax breaks to keep its headquarters in Illinois was not called for a vote Tuesday. The House Revenue and Finance Committee was scheduled to consider the bill, but the sponsor didn't call it.

ADM announced last month it plans to move its global headquarters from Decatur to a location with international access. The company is seeking $24-million in tax breaks to stay in Illinois.
