ILLINOIS -- It's no surprise governor hopeful Bruce Rauner and Governor Pat Quinn have differing opinions on the state's job front. Quinn is very optimistic about the state's unemployment rate. The number dropped to 7.1% in June.

However, Rauner says the numbers are misleading and more people are fleeing the state in search of better jobs. Both men are offering two different plans on how to move Illinois forward.
