It's something which hasn't been strictly enforced over the years. The accommodations would be closely aligned with the current Disability Act, making it doable for employers.
Some of those accommodations include allowing employees to have water bottles or not requiring heavy lifting. The bill has passed the House and moves onto the Senate.
