ILLINOIS -- A new law will help fight the growing problem of heroin addiction. It lets a task force study drug use in middle and high school students. Supporters say heroin prevention must start early. Some experiment with drugs as young as 11-years old. The task force hopes to take what it learns to design better prevention programs.
