SPRINGFIELD -- Once again, no solution to the state's pension crisis. The House and Senate have both passed versions of a pension reform bill, but the Senate voted down the House's bill and the House refuses to call the Senate's bill for a vote.

As for Governor Quinn, he released a statement saying he's upset with the outcome. He says he's going to call the legislative leaders together to forge a deal. This week, a leading credit-rating agency warned the state its rating could be downgraded if the General Assembly doesn't come up with a solution.
