SPRINGFIELD -- Governor Pat Quinn is again trying to withhold pay from state lawmakers. Last week, a judge ruled the governor was wrong to take away their paychecks until the pension crisis was solved. They each missed two paychecks.

Since then, the state has paid up. Each has received about $11,000 plus interest. Quinn is now appealing the case to the State Supreme Court.
