ILLINOIS -- Part of a bill to control what you pay for healthcare was vetoed by Governor Quinn. It would stop hospitals and labs from overcharging. Quinn kept the portion stopping facilities from marking up prices for tests and exams, but he vetoed the part which keeps doctors from choosing the lab they feel is best for their patients.
