ILLINOIS -- Governor-hopeful Bruce Rauner was in Springfield Friday to talk to veterans. The Republican candidate had a lot to say about his opponent and the investigation into one of his programs.

Governor Quinn's Neighborhood Recovery Initiative program is being reviewed at the state and federal levels. Rauner says now is the time for Quinn to come clean. The Justice Department has asked state lawmakers to wait 90 days before calling anyone to testify.
