ILLINOIS -- A few missteps by the Illinois Department of Natural Resources (IDNR) has the Quinn Administration looking to redirect the agency. IDNR has come up with a new policy to help avoid any future conflicts of interest. This comes a month after learning an employee took campaign contributions from a company he was overseeing.

Now employees are being asked to sign the new policy, which states they should avoid situations where they would get personally gain. However, employees will be able to accept gifts or offers as long as they are no more than $75.
