State making up for fraudulent payouts

ILLINOIS -- The state confiscated millions of dollars in federal tax refunds. They're from people who knowingly collected unemployment while working. Illinois reclaimed nearly $27 million in fraudulent unemployment benefits. In three years, the state has collected more than $120 million through tax garnishments, repayment plans and confiscated lottery winnings.
