SPRINGFIELD -- The Pension Reform Committee is moving forward in its efforts to bring pension reform to Illinois. Two five-member subcommittees plan to meet privately Friday.

The group has been waiting to receive study results from SURS and SERS. Members could discuss those findings and determine when their next public meeting will be held. The Bi-partisan House-Senate Pension Conference Committee is made up of ten members.
