Two men are accused of robbing a UI student of $23,000 in casino winnings. John Williamson and Marvino Mister were arrested in Peoria.
Police say they held up the 22-year old Champaign man. It happened last Thursday in the underground parking garage of an apartment building on S. Third St.
The victim and his two friends just returned from the Par-a-dice Casino in East Peoria.

Police are investigating an armed robbery. It happened in the 500-block of S. Third St. in the underground garage of an apartment building. Three people were approached by a man with a gun who demanded money.
As one victim began giving the suspect his money, a car entered the garage causing the suspect to flee. Money wasn't taken from either of the other two victims. No injuries were reported.
The suspect is a black male, 5'9", 180 lbs., with short, braided hair. He was wearing a dark blue or black hooded sweatshirt. The suspect also had "light facial hair," but "heavier patches" were seen on his upper lip and chin.
