2 wanted for neighborhood shooting

CHAMPAIGN -- A man accused in a shooting turned himself in. Jordan Brooks is charged with unlawful use of a weapon.

Police are still searching for Anton Clark. They're accused of firing shots into houses in the 1200-blcok of Carver Drive.

Two houses were hit. No one was hurt. Bond is set at $1-million for each man.

CHAMPAIGN -- Police are looking for two men they say are responsible for a shooting ten days ago. It happened Sunday, July 28, about 2:30 pm in the 1200-block of Carver Drive.

Witnesses reported a man on a red motorcycle drove into the neighborhood and started shooting at houses on both sides of the street. Two houses were hit, but no one was hurt.

Warrants were issued for Anton Clark, 22, charged with armed habitual criminal, and Jordan Brooks, 25, charged with aggravated unlawful use of a weapon. Bond for each subject is $1 million.

CHAMPAIGN -- Two houses were hit after someone went into a neighborhood and started shooting. Police from several different departments responded to the call about 3 pm Sunday. They filled the streets at the intersection of Bradley and Carver.

They're investigating what happened and who did it. Neighbors say a man on a red motorcycle drove in and started shooting at homes on both sides of the street. No one was hurt.
