MACON COUNTY -- A Decatur man has been sentenced to 20-years in prison for the killing of an area teen. 22-year old Eric Cunningham was sentenced Tuesday as part of a deal with prosecutors. He had been charged with first degree murder for the 2011 shooting which killed Devin Kirk.

Cunningham testified against Tre McSpadden who was convicted of first degree murder in the case. McSpadden faces at least 66 years in prison when he's sentenced in May.
