50-year public service success story

FARMER CITY -- Tuesday night, voters decided one man's service to his town will continue. Dean Scarbrough has been the Township Assessor for 50-years. He was reelected with 56% of the vote.

The 88-year old doesn't have plans to slow down anytime soon. Scarbrough says his key to a half-century of success is getting along with the public and county board.
