A better understanding of the Affordable Care Act

CHAMPAIGN -- Proponents of the Affordable Care Act aren't giving up. They're holding rallies across the country. The events come as the clock ticks down to key elements in President Barack Obama's health care law taking effect.

The Campaign for Better Health Care wants to help people understand and get ready for the new law. Executive director Jim Duffett is here to explain.

The state is in the process of setting up a hotline and website for ObamaCare questions, but it isn't quite ready yet. For the time being, answers to the most frequently asked questions can be found on the Department of Health and Human Services website.
