IROQUOIS COUNTY -- An animal hording rescue is even more complicated than a shelter first thought. Last week Iroquois County Animal Rescue saved more than 20 animals from bad living conditions. That number got bigger Friday.

One of the dogs gave birth to eight puppies. Some of the rescued cats are also in need of more care.  Six of them tested positive for feline AIDS.

ICARe is still looking for donations to help care for the animals. If you would like to help, call the shelter at (815) 429 - 4028.
