SHELBYVILLE -- A nationwide email scam is targeting utility customers in Shelbyville. Shelby Electric Cooperative says people are getting bogus invoices directing them to a website. It then infects a person's computer with malware helping hackers get your banking information. Customers who get these emails should ignore, delete and report them.
