Arrests made in stabbing attack

SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (WCIA) -- Four people, two of whom are juveniles, are in police custody, accused of multiple stabbings.

Police arrested Macivelly Lacy, 18, and Donovan Bailey, 21, and a juvenile, about 10:50 pm, Monday, while driving in a car in the 600-block of East South Grand Avenue after the men were identified by victims.

The attack happened about 9:20 pm, Saturday, at Lanphier High School, in the 1300-block of North 11th Street.

Six victims had been stabbed. All were treated and released for non-life-threatening injuries. 

One juvenile, located the night of the incident, was taken to the hospital to be treated before being taken to the detention center. Both juveniles are charged with aggravated battery, mob action and unlawful use of a weapon.

Lacy and Bailey are charged with aggravated battery and mob action.
