UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS -- A recent audit found 30 violations at UI. The report shows the university didn't require employees to submit time sheets.

The audit states UI also didn't meet requirements when reporting accidents. 14 weren't filed on time.

Not all transactions made with university travel cards were appropriate. The audit also shows two transactions totaling nearly $100,000 were against UI policies. Another violation was the university failing to maintain vehicles.
