WASHINGTON D.C. -- It's being called the biggest supreme court decision in a decade. The court upheld the president's healthcare reform law.

The shock of the day: Chief Justice John Roberts sided with the court's 4-liberal justices. He wrote the majority opinion stating congress did have the power to pass the law because it has the power to tax.

The key feature is the individual mandate. It requires everyone to buy health insurance. The ruling also lets stand the part of the law letting children stay on their parents' insurance policies until they're 26-years old.
