CASEY -- Police are investigating the discovery of two bodies, just miles from each other.

Firefighters discovered the first body after an early morning house fire on Jefferson Avenue. Police say Gregory Collins' death is a homicide.

Then, skeletal remains were found later Wednesday afternoon, near Interstate 70. Police have not released any information on that discovery, but they don't think the cases are related.
