Cameras could increase safety

BLOOMINGTON -- Police are using a new tool to make neighborhoods safer. It's a mobile public safety camera.

It won't be monitored 24/7, but police hope it will deter crime and allow them to respond to emergency situations. If the pilot program goes well, more cameras will be installed.
