DECATUR -- People are struggling to find work, but city leaders have hope. Caterpillar has laid off 760 people the past few months. ADM had a contract for electrical work through All Tri-R which ended, costing 200-more jobs.

But, the Economic Development Corporation says things will look up. Decatur has the highest unemployment rate in the state, but leaders say there's still a lot to look forward to. Decatur is a top hub for distribution and Caterpillar will have a job fair in the coming weeks.
