DECATUR -- Months after a 2-year old is killed, one woman is still pushing for justice. Manuel Gonzales will be in court Friday. He's accused of killing Dominic Bradley in December. Police say he pushed the child off a bed and he hit a wall.

Thursday night, people gathered to remember Dominic. At the vigil, they'll have a preacher, singer and balloon released. Everyone is encouraged to wear Spiderman t-shirts since it was Dominic's favorite character.

The woman organizing it has been following the case. When she found out there was never a vigil for Dominic, she wanted to step in. Renee Hutchinson is an advocate against child abuse. She says it personally affected her and hit close to home.

Dominic's mother is charged with child endangerment. Alexis Bradley let her boyfriend, Gonzales, watch her children even though she knew he was a registered sex offender. She'll be in court next month.
