CHAMPAIGN -- If you feel like there's more construction in town, you're right. Almost $165 million is expected to be spent on projects in the city. It's a jump from last year when about $114 million was spent.

Big projects this year include the Hyatt Hotel downtown and new apartment buildings on campus. The city says it's a sign the city's growing.
