SAVOY -- Instead of people dressing up to raise money for a good cause, they put their pets in costume instead. Dogs were dressed in everything from hula skirts to angel wings at Prairieland Feeds Sunday.

The "Howl-O-Ween" party was a fundraiser for the Champaign County Humane Society. People donated items the facility needs and also got to meet some of the dogs up for adoption.

Larry Cowell says, "Just to take care of the dogs, and homeless dogs, and dogs of the shelter and stuff."

Dogs bobbed for biscuits and people could enter raffles to win prizes. There were contests for cutest dog, funniest dog and best tricks.
