ILLINOIS -- An appeals court may be close to a final decision on the fate of Rod Blagojevich. This week, the court had planned to unseal thousands of wiretap tapes which weren't played in the trial.

But, prosecutors asked the court to keep them sealed because of privacy concerns. The defense argues some of the tapes which weren't played help prove their client is innocent. A ruling should be made sometime in the next few months.
