"I am so so sorry that this happened to you."
Tears and memories are flooding the hearts and minds of Alex Coriano's friends.
"It really broke my heart. I wasn't expecting him or really anyone like him to have to go through anything like that."
A single car accident ended Coriano's life.
"There are definitely things we can learn from this like don't speed. Always tell people you love them before it's too late."
All over social media, Coriano's friends are spreading love for their classmate. Tiana was his friend since sixth grade and she says Alex was someone she will never forget.
"He was just a really good kid. He was really smart and didn't give himself enough credit for it."
This memory is something she will hold onto forever, even though Alex is gone.
'I am glad that people are standing beside him and people are supporting his family and sending out prayers and thoughts because that's all we can really use right now."
Coriano went to Urbana high school. The school says they will be providing support through grief counselors. They'll be available to students and staff starting on Monday.
