Humphrey's 68-year old father was visiting from Michigan. The two got into a fight over the remote. That's when authorities say Humphrey pushed his father out of his home.

His father then shot him in the shoulder in self-defense. The gunshot wasn't life-threatening. Humphrey's dad is not being charged.
